Shipping policy

We are offering Free US shipping at this point. Our US based customers can place their orders with us online through our site. 

Customers outside the US are also welcome to place an order with us. They will need to email; artisantales24@gmail.com, with the items desired and their corresponding quantities and destination address. We will get back with a competitive shipping rate within 24 hours. Once we receive a written confirmation from the customer accepting the shipping rate, we will proceed to fulfill the order.

We will ship items within 1-2 business days (subject to credit clearance). Orders placed on Friday afternoon through Sunday or on holidays will be shipped within the next business day. Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing during sale times and the holidays. Standard shipping in the US takes 4-7 business days, depending on your location.
